1966 Ford Galaxie Convertible

This was built from AMT 1966 Ford Galaxie convertible kit.The rear axle was modified to look more realistic and coil springs and homemade shocks were added.The truck was open and hinged.The engine was wired and plumbedand an aftermarket carburetor was added.The master cylinder was plumbed to the chassis.The battery is from the parts box and cabled to the solenoid and starter and chassis ground.The interior was done with tastors enamel and turn signal was added to the steering wheel.The wheels and tires are from the parts box and all wheel have valve stems.All body trim was done with bare metal foil and chrome paint.The paint is duplicolor Maui blue.
